Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed 10/22/2021, Aseracare Hospice had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a State licensure survey completed 08/06/2021.
